There are four things you need to focus on if you want to have a breakthrough in your business. Let's start with the most challenging and important one: your HABITS.
Habits create the lifestyle you want, and Discipline creates the life that you want..
The trick is to find the one habit that you're going to change and then make the commitment to see it through. This will create a ripple effect in your life.
You are of course looking for non-serving habits. And if you're honest with yourself you know exactly which one is at the top of your list to change. Some examples:
- Binge watching Netflix
- Excessive Gaming
- Spending hour on Facebook or YouTube
- Hitting the snooze button every morning
All of a sudden I had more time and got things done. And it seemed like I had an endless stream of energy, which of course came from seeing all the successes I was having. I felt more confident and the world was smiling at me.. All from getting rid of this one (very) bad habit.
And now it's your turn! Commit to changing ONE habit for at least one month and see the magic happen!
